General information only
The articles, service descriptions and answers to frequently asked questions on the Site are for general information only. They are not a diagnosis or medical advice, and they do not replace an examination or a personal assessment.
I plan your physiotherapy programme after assessing you, in line with your doctor’s diagnosis and recommendations. If you have not seen a doctor yet, I recommend a medical assessment before you start physiotherapy. For decisions about your own situation, please consult your doctor.
I take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. Even so, the results of physiotherapy vary from person to person, and nothing on the Site promises a particular outcome.
Emergencies
This website and form are not for emergencies. In an emergency, please call 112.
I may not see messages sent through the form or on WhatsApp straight away.
Appointment requests
A message you send me through the appointment form or on WhatsApp is an appointment request. When your request reaches me, I will call you.
Your appointment is confirmed once we have agreed a day and time on the phone.
Intellectual property
The rights to the texts and illustrations on the Site belong to me. They are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
You are welcome to quote short passages as long as you name the source and link to the page you quote. Please do not copy, reproduce or republish all or a substantial part of the content without my written permission.
Links to other services
The Site links to other services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. These links open in a new tab and take you away from the Site. When you use these services, their own terms of use and privacy policies apply. I have no control over their content or how they work.
Personal data

Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect your rights under consumer protection law.
