Hello, I’m Bahar.

I’m a specialist physiotherapist. At my office in Kağıthane, I work in rehabilitation, manual therapy, lymphoedema therapy and clinical Pilates.

Every session starts with you.

To me, physiotherapy is far more than a list of exercises.

It is the small, steady steps that help someone climb the stairs with ease, lift their child, or get through the day without thinking about pain. That is why I always begin by getting to know you.

Before moving to Istanbul, I worked in Trabzon. The trust I built with my clients there is what I value most in my profession, and it still shapes the way I work today.

In 2026 I moved to Istanbul and opened my own office at Premier Kampüs in Kağıthane. I plan every step of the process with you, from the first assessment to your home programme.

My work spans orthopaedic, neurological, paediatric and geriatric rehabilitation, lymphoedema and lipoedema therapy, manual therapy, and physiotherapist-guided reformer and pregnancy Pilates.

Recovery is not a race. It is a process of steady, considered steps that follow your body’s own rhythm.

The principles I work by

Whatever we are working on together, these four principles shape the process.

  • Listening first

A good plan starts with the right questions. I take time to understand your concerns, your daily life and what you hope for.

  • Clarity

I explain what we are doing and why in plain language, and we make decisions together.

  • Measured progress

We move forward step by step, guided by how your body responds, and I adjust the programme without forcing it.

  • Working with your doctor

I plan your programme in line with your doctor’s diagnosis and recommendations. If you have not yet seen a doctor, I recommend a medical assessment before we start.

How I can help

You will find more about each area, how I work and what our sessions involve on the service pages.
